CDRRMO Dr. Elmeir E. Apolinario convened the Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) Meeting held last September 12, 2018 upon the instruction of City Mayor Beng Climaco to discuss the possible impacts of the incoming Typhoon “Mangkhut” locally named “Ompong” to the City of Zamboanga and to determine the level of response and corresponding actions from concerned agencies, LGUs and other stakeholders and was attended by ZCPO, Coastguard Station Zamboanga, 11IB TFZ, Liga ng mga Barangay, ZCWD, PIO-CMO, Kabalikat 183 and D’Alert.
