Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy (2,670) indigent youths availed the SPES Program for CY 2018. The City Government of Zamboanga allocated and disbursed the amount of over 15 million pesos to pay the 60% salary of the beneficiaries with 477.73 daily wage in compliance to the labor law requirement.
