Technical Support and Connectivity Section

  1. Handles the organizational desktop support that includes all IT equipment’s and office productivity and applications deployed in the different departments.
  2. Handles all connectivity from the Data Center (Server and Network Infrastructure to the Endpoints (computers and mobile devices). Including the City-wide Fiber Optic Cabling, Structure Copper Cabling, City-wide wireless, and all city-wide CCTVs.
  3. Development of Standard Policies, Procedures and Manuals related to Technical Support, Connectivity and CCTVs.
