Social workers and law enforcers, particularly those engaged with children in conflict with the law (CICL), undergo a two-day workshop on conflict management and skills intended to promote effective negotiating skills. Organized by the GAD unit under the Office of the City Mayor in collaboration with the CSWDO and USAID/Philippines’ Padayon Mindanao Alumni, the activity is in support to peace building and improving life skills of vulnerable youth through conduct of leadership camps and literacy summits focused on promoting civic engagement and peace education.
