ZCDRRMO Representative Dr. Joy G. Suico, LDRRM Assistant, discussed Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) to the residents of the Barangay Canelar held last February 28, 2019 at Lemon Drive, Barangay Canelar, this city and was assisted by ZCDRRMO EMS personnel Mr. Rammel Quilla and Mr. Ian David Matias. The activity was facilitated by the 4th year BS Nursing students of Western Mindanao State University.
