Mass Marriage Application (Vitali MEMPCO)

The Office of the City Civil Registrar in coordination with MEMPCO (Micro-Entrepreneurs Multi-Purpose Cooperative) Curuan Branch, conducted mass marriage application last September 26, 2018 at Vitali Barangay Hall, wherein 14 qualified MEMPCO members were able to avail the said program.
